Planner Collective will offer you a refund or return in line with consumer law for any damaged or defective product. This does not apply for an accidental purchases or change of mind on any Product or Personalised Product.
If you obtain any product that is lost in postage, damaged or contains incorrect personalisation, Planner Collective may in its sole discretion offer a refund or replacement product to you.
If you believe your product is damaged or defective please email photos and proof of purchase to support@plannercollective.com.au
