Each planner is printed on 140gsm high-quality paper, and our term divider cards with pockets are printed on 350gsm matte card for durability. Our bonus free B5 matching notebooks are printed on 100gsm lined paper.

Your new planner will go through processing and be carefully packed before being shipped to you. This process typically takes approximately 1 week (allow extra time during the Christmas period). You will receive email updates at key stages of the process, including when your planner has been shipped, to keep you informed about your order’s progress.

We provide a flat fee shipping price of $16.95 for single planner orders. If you are purchasing additional planners or accessories, the shipping cost will be calculated (based on weight) during the checkout process.

Your planner and accessories are carefully processed and shipped independently to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This means your planner will arrive in one delivery, and any accessories will be sent in a separate package. Rest assured, everything is on its way and will be worth the wait!

Our planners are designed and shipped right here in Australia. During the Christmas period shipping can be slower. Please check the email account, associated with your planner order, for order and shipping updates.

If it has been found that your teacher planner was faulty or it is damaged, please send photos to our support team at support@teachthis.com.au
